Planned Giving

Continuing Investment in our Community

The work of New Beginnings can continue for generations to come. A place where people can learn to become self-sufficient and contribute their special gifts is not only important to the people served, but vital for a healthy community.

Planned Giving
Properly planned gifts can provide you, the donor, with significant financial planning benefits. You can support the work of new Beginnings long-term, while enjoying the following benefits of charitable gift planning:
  • Income Tax Savings
  • Gift and Estate Tax Savings
  • Increased Lifetime Income
  • Tax Sheltered Lifetime Income
  • Supplemental Retirement Income
  • Asset Management, Diversification
  • Financial Support, Fixed or Variable, of Family Members or Friends
There are also simpler types of planned gifts for our endowment, such as:
  • Bequests - you provide for New Beginnings in a valid will or testamentary trust.
  • Gifts of life insurance policies that are no longer needed, gifts made by ownership (possible tax breaks) and/or beneficial designation of (part or all) existing life insurance.
  • Gifts funded by some or all of your appreciated stock or real estate.
  • Gifts of real property subject to life estate (for donor and spouse or another).
